GoPro VR Player allows to watch VR videos at their original quality: watch 360-degree videos files stored on your computer at up to 8K resolution & 60 FPS (in Cineform or ProRes). Watch and proof your 360-degree videos & photos on your computer in full quality before sharing them with the world. Use the GoPro VR Player application or its included plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro and proof your content on a screen, an Oculus Rift® or an HTC Vive®. Let your audience experience virtual reality at events on a touch table or in an Oculus Rift VR headset. Or install GoPro VR Player on several computers and have the master installation synchronize the others.
- This application receives UDP data from the GoPro VR Player and translates it into OSC data that can be read by Reaper DAW. This data controls transport synchronisation and allows the pitch and yaw of the video to be mapped to the rotation and tumble of an ambisonics soundfield. Also the Field of View (fov) can be mapped to Ambisonics plugins.
